Terms and Conditions
PRICES:  This is a wholesale price list based on present market conditions.
TERMS:  We offer a 2% discount on orders of $500 or more when payment accompanies the order. A 20% deposit is required on all orders with no established credit.  Terms are net 30 days from date of invoice for accounts with approved credit.  Interest charges at 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on all delinquent accounts.
CONDITIONS OF SALE:  All orders accepted are subject to crop failures and damage by natural causes.  We will notify you promptly of unavailability of any product ordered.
CLAIMS:  Claims of any nature must be made promptly upon receipt of plants.  We will not honor claims made after 10 days from receipt of plants because we cannot control the care of plants after customer receives them.  Claims for shortages or damage must be noted on the freight or delivery bill.  We are not liable for damage in transit.  When damage is apparent, make a claim to your delivering carrier.
SHIPPING:  We ship United Parcel Service, motor freight or truck.  All delivery charges are C.O.D.  A standard charge per UPS or MF box will be added to orders for boxes and packing.
CANCELLATIONS:  Any cancellations must be made in writing and received by us 30 days prior to scheduled shipping date.
INSPECTION:  Our nursery stock has been inspected by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture.  A certificate of inspection will accompany each and every shipment.
